蘇州百年職業(yè)學(xué)院2017年度人才招聘公告

蘇州百年職業(yè)學(xué)院是蘇州科技大學(xué)與加拿大百年理工學(xué)院經(jīng)江蘇省人民政府批準(zhǔn)、教育部備案而創(chuàng)立的，全國(guó)唯一的具有獨(dú)立法人資格的中外合作辦學(xué)高職院校。據(jù)學(xué)院發(fā)展規(guī)劃，計(jì)劃在五年內(nèi)引進(jìn)170名左右的專門人才，其中20名左右高層次人才，包括學(xué)術(shù)（系部或?qū)�業(yè)）帶頭人及職能部門干部，為把學(xué)院辦成中外合作培養(yǎng)水平達(dá)到國(guó)內(nèi)一流的高職院校提供人才支撐。

Suzhou Centennial College (SCC) is a Sino-foreign joint institution that offers higher vocational education in China. SCC is a joint partnership between Suzhou University of Science and Technology (SUST) and Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology (CC). It is approved by People’s Government of Jiangsu Province and it was registered with China’s Ministry of Education according to the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools. The College is to introduce at least 20 high-level talents and 150 faculties worldwide in the following 5 years with the purpose of providing powerful human resources support for the College to reach the goal of being one of the top international colleges in higher vocational education in China.

 

一、高層次人才要求和條件Requirements for High-Level Talents

（一）基本要求Basic Requirements

1、遵紀(jì)守法，品行端正，為人師表；

Abide by laws and regulations with good character and exemplary virtue;

2、具備履行崗位職責(zé)應(yīng)有的基本知識(shí)、技能及素質(zhì)；

Possess professional skills and quality;

3、身體符合崗位要求；

With good physical conditions;

4、能熟使用英語授課或根據(jù)需要使用英語開展工作；

Enable to teach or work in English proficiently;

5、能夠全職履職。

Be able to take up full time job.

（二）學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人資歷條件Qualification of  Academic  Leader or Program Head

1、取得海內(nèi)外知名高校碩士及以上學(xué)位。

Have Master’s degree or above from prestigious universities domestic or overseas.

2、原則上年齡在50周歲以內(nèi)，特殊情況可放寬到60周歲左右。

Be under the age of 50 in principle. For special professionals, the age under 60 is also considerable.

3、具有扎實(shí)的專業(yè)知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)和學(xué)術(shù)積累，或有豐富的行業(yè)企業(yè)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具有副高（或相當(dāng)于副高）以上技術(shù)職務(wù)的教學(xué)或管理專家。

Have solid professional knowledge and academic achievements, or rich experiences in industrial management. Possess senior professional titles, equivalently Associate Professor or above.

4、曾任學(xué)科或?qū)�業(yè)帶頭人，在學(xué)科或?qū)�業(yè)建設(shè)中起主要作用。

Have experience  like discipline leader or play a leading role in the discipline or specialty construction.

5、具備以下條件之一，優(yōu)先考慮：

Priority will be given to those who meet at least one of the following requirements:

（1）省級(jí)以上重點(diǎn)學(xué)科帶頭人，或具有較強(qiáng)的學(xué)術(shù)研究能力、在國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界具有較大影響力的人才；

Key discipline leaders at provincial level or above, or talents with high proficiency in academic research and holding important influence in academics domestic and overseas.

（2）符合學(xué)科或?qū)�業(yè)方向、具有博士學(xué)位的教授或副教授；

With both Doctor’s degree and senior professional title, equivalently Associate Professor or above

（3）在行業(yè)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)有較高知名度、在產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合、人才培養(yǎng)等方面具有特殊才能或?qū)嵖?jī)的高級(jí)管理人才。

High-level talents with high-profile in related industries, and exceptional ability or rich achievements in the combination of “production, teaching and research” and related talent cultivation.

6、有海外教育背景或相關(guān)管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Have overseas education or management background.

（三）職能部門負(fù)責(zé)人資歷條件Qualification of Administrative Department Head

1、取得學(xué)士以上學(xué)位，具有碩士學(xué)位優(yōu)先。

Have Bachelor‘s degree or above, Master’s degree will be advantage.

2、原則上年齡在45周歲以內(nèi)，特殊情況可放寬到55周歲左右。

Be under the age of 45 in principle. For special professionals, the age under 55 is also considerable.

3、具有扎實(shí)的知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)和業(yè)務(wù)能力，具有中級(jí)以上技術(shù)職務(wù)的管理人員優(yōu)先。

Have solid professional knowledge and skills. Possessing middle professional title will be advantage.

4、具有5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具有高校相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

Have at least 5 years working experiences in relevant field. With working experiences in higher education institutions will be advantage.

5、有團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，曾任相關(guān)部門帶頭人，在業(yè)務(wù)或職能管理中起主要作用。

Have rich experiences in team building and management, and has been played a leading role in the team work.

 

二、工作職責(zé)與目標(biāo)Responsibility  and Accountability

（一）學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人Academic  Leader or Program Head

1、負(fù)責(zé)制定本學(xué)科或?qū)�業(yè)的建設(shè)規(guī)劃、人才培養(yǎng)方案、教學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等；

Work out plans of discipline or specialty construction, student’s cultivation, and teaching standards;

2、負(fù)責(zé)本學(xué)科或?qū)�業(yè)的全面建設(shè)工作；

Be responsible for discipline or specialty construction comprehensively;

3、負(fù)責(zé)本學(xué)科或?qū)�業(yè)的教學(xué)組織與日常管理工作；

Take charge of teaching organization and daily management;

4、帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)把本專業(yè)建成符合江蘇省品牌專業(yè)建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、在全省有一定影響力的知名專業(yè)。

Lead and activate team members and build the discipline or specialty to meet a criterion of Jiangsu Provincial Top-notch Academic Programs Project and have an influence in Jiangsu Province.

（二）職能部門負(fù)責(zé)人Administrative Department Head

1、全面負(fù)責(zé)本部門職責(zé)范圍內(nèi)的全部工作；

Take charge of the responsibilities of the department comprehensively;

2、完成學(xué)院交辦的年度工作任務(wù)；

Complete the yearly tasks assigned by the College;

3、加強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)，帶出一支勇于擔(dān)當(dāng)、創(chuàng)新拼搏、能打勝仗的隊(duì)伍；

Strengthen team building with responsibility, creativity, and determined spirit;

4、加強(qiáng)本部門與外部的交流與合作，不斷擴(kuò)大外部影響。

Extend influence constantly by communicating and cooperating with other departments of the College or external agencies.

四、引進(jìn)待遇Compensation and Benefits

1、薪資待遇Compensation

        提供良好的薪資待遇條件，包括基本工資、績(jī)效工資、崗位津貼、院齡津貼、通訊補(bǔ)貼、年終獎(jiǎng)金，以及特別獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)等，具體待遇面議。

The College provides competitive remuneration package, including basic salary, performance salary, position allowance, seniority allowance, phone allowance, annual performance bonus, and special reward, etc..

2、提供一次性科研啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)，具體情況面議。

Provide necessary academic research start-up fund.

3、提供住宿，三年內(nèi)免房租和物業(yè)費(fèi)。

        2、學(xué)院與應(yīng)聘人員進(jìn)行前期溝通。

        HR contacts the applicant before the interview.

3、學(xué)院面試考核，確定候選人。

The interview panel arranges interview and nominates the candidates.

4、學(xué)院研究確定錄取人員。

The College makes the hiring decision.

5、學(xué)院與應(yīng)聘人員簽訂勞動(dòng)（聘用）合同。
