南京大學(xué)人工智能學(xué)院2022年招聘公告

 一、學(xué)院介紹

        南京大學(xué)人工智能學(xué)院于2018年3月5日下文、5月20日掛牌，是我國(guó)C9高校中首個(gè)人工智能學(xué)院，致力于建設(shè)人工智能領(lǐng)域國(guó)際一流學(xué)術(shù)重鎮(zhèn)和拔尖創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)基地。學(xué)院成立四年來(lái)取得了長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展，建設(shè)了一支由世界級(jí)專家領(lǐng)銜、青年學(xué)者蓬勃成長(zhǎng)、具有國(guó)際影響力的高水平教師隊(duì)伍，并在前沿科技研究、國(guó)家重大工程、產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新方面不斷取得重要進(jìn)展。

二、招聘崗位設(shè)置

南京大學(xué)人工智能學(xué)院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事人工智能各主要研究方向的優(yōu)秀人才到學(xué)院工作。本次擬招聘崗位以準(zhǔn)聘助理教授為主，崗位總數(shù)不超過(guò)3人。特別優(yōu)秀的候選人，也可應(yīng)聘準(zhǔn)聘副教授崗位。研究方向包括：

（1）人工智能基礎(chǔ)理論；

（2）人工智能模型算法；

（3）人工智能應(yīng)用技術(shù)；

（4）人工智能系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)。

三、申請(qǐng)條件：

 （1）遵守中華人民共和國(guó)法律和法規(guī)，熱愛(ài)教學(xué)科研事業(yè)；

（2）具有良好的師德師風(fēng)，恪守學(xué)術(shù)道德，勤勉工作，無(wú)犯罪記錄，無(wú)違反師德師風(fēng)和學(xué)術(shù)道德懲處記錄；

（3）一流的學(xué)術(shù)背景：具有國(guó)內(nèi)外一流大學(xué)的人工智能、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)或其他相關(guān)學(xué)科的博士學(xué)位（準(zhǔn)聘副教授崗位應(yīng)聘者取得博士學(xué)位至申請(qǐng)截止日期應(yīng)不少于兩年；準(zhǔn)聘助理教授崗位應(yīng)聘者博士學(xué)位應(yīng)于2022年6月30日前取得），具有一流教學(xué)科研機(jī)構(gòu)的學(xué)習(xí)、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉相關(guān)領(lǐng)域國(guó)際前沿的研究動(dòng)態(tài)；

（4）出色的教學(xué)能力：應(yīng)具有能夠勝任人工智能專業(yè)核心基礎(chǔ)課程和前沿課程的教學(xué)能力（應(yīng)聘準(zhǔn)聘副教授崗位應(yīng)具有不少于60學(xué)時(shí)教學(xué)經(jīng)歷)，掌握良好的教學(xué)方法，具有較強(qiáng)的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力；

（5）突出的科研成果顯示度與未來(lái)科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯?yīng)有相關(guān)研究方向的成果顯示度，對(duì)相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域有原創(chuàng)性觀點(diǎn)，未來(lái)研究計(jì)劃思路清晰，具有較好的學(xué)術(shù)潛力。

Tenure-Track/Tenured Faculty Openings

Department of Artificial Intelligence, Nanjing University, China

 

1.       Department:

The School of Artificial Intelligence of Nanjing University was founded on May 20, 2018 and it is known as the first school of artificial intelligence among the C9 universities in China. It is committed to building a world-class academic center in the field of artificial intelligence and a top-notch training base for innovative talents. The school has achieved promising success since its establishment. The faculty members consist of world-class experts, senior researchers with impact on international research communities, and a group of rising young scholars. By the efforts made by every faculty members, the school is sailing in cutting-edge scientific and technological research, national major projects, and industry-university-research collaborative innovation.

 

2.       Description of Openings

The positions are mainly for tenure-track assistant professor, and the total number of positions does not exceed three. Excellent candidates can also apply for  tenure-track associate professor positions. Research interests include：(1) Basic theory of artificial intelligence；(2) Artificial intelligence model algorithm；(3) Artificial intelligence application technology；(4) Artificial intelligence system platform.

 

3.       Qualifications

Applicants must have a PhD degree in artificial intelligence, computer science or a related area（Candidates for the tenure-track associate professor position must have held a PhD degree no less than two years before the application deadline; candidates for the tenure-track assistant professor positions should receive a PhD degree before June 30, 2022); Postdoctoral experience at world leading institutions will be a plus. A successful applicant will be expected to contribute to the department through research, teaching, and student mentorship. Therefore, a strong record of research publications and demonstration of teaching ability are also essential（Applicants for tenure-track associate professor position should have at least 60 class hours of teaching experience).
